Crossfit 2c

Our Fundamentals Course is for beginning CrossFitters. It covers all the basics for performing all movements in CrossFit correctly and safely, and is an overall introduction to the CrossFit philosophy and fitness regimen.

Each course runs for two weeks and starts the FIRST or THIRD Monday of each month. Class times are 6:30pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Each class builds off the previous one, so attendance is mandatory. However, make-up classes can be scheduled if necessary.
