Come try a FREE class! Classes are one hour long and include some stretching, a warm-up and a great workout tailored to your ability level.
(1st class is free for locals only please)
Monday through Friday
6:30pm (6:30pm on Fridays is Yoga)
9:00am (except during the summer, July-August, when it gets moved to 8:00am)
Kids classes (Ages 8-12) held
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm only
